摘  要:以情绪调节策略问卷和创造性思维测验为研究材料,考察情绪调节策略与创造性思维的关系,结果发现:①表达抑制与创造性思维之间存在显著的负相关,②情绪调节策略的使用对个体创造性思维的水平有一定的预测作用,个体若经常使用表达抑制来调节情绪,其创造性思维的水平会降低,尤其是在流畅性维度和言语方面.Creative thinking is a coordination of various forms of thinking,which is to provide original,unique and valuable products.Emotion regulation is an adjusting method taken for both the intrinsic procedure and the extrinsic behavior of emotion,in order to adapt to the external environment and the needs of interpersonal relationship.Cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression are among the most common and most effective emotion regulation strategies.In this study,we used Emotion Regulation Strategies Questionnaire and Test of Creative Thinking to explore the relationship between emotion regulation strategies and creative thinking of undergraduates.Correlation analysis results showed that expression inhibition is in a significant negative correlation with creative thinking,especially in the dimension of fluency and the aspect of speech.Regression analysis results indicated that the use of emotion regulation strategies can predict one’s creative thinking level in some extent.Specifically,if someone often uses the strategy of expression inhibition to regulate emotion,it will do harm to his creative thinking,especially in the dimension of fluency and the aspect of speech.
