摘　　要：近年来,莱芜职业技术学院突破体制机制障碍,创造了"鲁缆模式""正顺模式""金威模式""华贸模式""大峰模式"等多个校企一体化办学范例。实践证明,高等职业教育推行校企一体化办学,服务企业、面向社会是准确定位,全面融合、无缝对接是核心理念,工学结合、知行合一是有效机制,多岗轮换、全面发展是目标要求。In recent years, Laiwu Vocational and Technical College broke through institutional hurdles and created school-enterprise integrated running modes, including ＂Lulan mode＂ , ＂Zhengshun mode＂ , ＂Jinwei mode＂ , ＂Huamao mode＂ and ＂Dafeng mode＂ . It is proved, to launch school-enterprise integrated running mode, higher vocational education needs to insist the orientation serving enterprise and society, the core idea of seamless docking, the effective mechanism of working-learning integrated and the unity of knowing and doing and the goal of post-rotation and all-round development.
