摘 要:自充气式缓冲气囊利用缓冲系统的自重实现气囊下落时的展开和充气,具有结构简单、使用方便和工作可靠等特点。分别对排气口常开和排气口粘结2种自充气式气囊进行室内投放试验,研究着陆初速度、载荷质量对气囊缓冲特性的影响,并研究排气口开合状态对排气口粘结气囊缓冲特性的影响。试验结果表明,气囊内最大压强与着陆初速度和载荷质量均呈正比关系,加速度峰值与着陆初速度呈正比,与载荷质量成反比,排气口粘结时气囊缓冲效果较好。A self-inflating airbag is unfolded and inflated by the self-weight of its buffer system during its landing. It has advantages,such as,simple structure,easy to use and higher reliability,and so on.Here,the influences of landing initial velocity and mass on the cushioning characteristics of the vent-opened and the vent-bonded self-inflating airbags were studied with indoor tests.And the influence of vent status on the cushioning characteristics of the vent-bonded self-inflating airbag was studied. The results showed that the maximum pressure inside a bag is directly proportional to landing initial velocity and mass;the peak acceleration is directly proportional to landing initial velocity, and inversely proportional to mass;the cushioning performance of a bag is better when its vent is bonded.
