摘　　要：随着全国高校招生范围扩大和在校学生人数的急剧增加,如何保证高等教育质量不下降并稳步提高呢。为此,各高校采取多种措施来提高教育水平,保证本科生培养质量。而改变已有的学生教育管理制度已成为一种较为行之有效的手段。导师制就是在这种情况下走上了本科生教育的历史舞台。本科生的导师制有其自身的内涵和应用模式。我校现在正处于转型时期,教育管理制度的改革成为必然,导师制是适应我校发展的一种合理制度,对我校的发展有着明显的推动作用。With the rapid increase of the national college enrollment and the number expansion of students,it is vital to ensure the quality of higher education for the colleges and universities. Therefore,they take various measures to improve educational standards,to ensure the quality of undergraduate education. It has already became a kind of more effective means to reform the existing student educational and management system. Under these circumstances,the tutorial system which has its own connotation and application pattern came on the historical stage. North China Institute of Science and Technology（ NCIST） is now in the transition period,which make it inevitable to reform the educational management system. The tutorial system is a reasonable for NCIST,which will play a significant role in promoting the school＇s development.
