摘  要:实施基于职业生涯发展的企业人才培养,有利于实现企业和员工的共赢。A集团"1+3+5"人才培养模式,根据员工职业发展的阶段性特征,采取校企联合培养、入职培训与实习管理、配备职业发展导师、推动岗位轮换等有针对性的人才培养举措和激励保障措施,在提升员工职业能力和专业素质,增强员工对企业的忠诚度和满意度方面成效显著。该模式对于企业主导的在职人才培养具有重要启示:要保持员工职业生涯规划和企业战略发展的一致性;重视不同阶段员工的价值观引导和激励保障;充分认识岗位轮换和在职进修的职业发展价值。Based on the personnel occupation career development enterprise culture is conducive to the realization of enterprise employees and win-win. The training mode of the A group"1+3+5"personnel, according to the phase characteristics of employee occupation development, take the joint training, school enterprise staff training and practice management, occupation development, promote equipped with tutor job rotation and other targeted talents cultivation measures and safeguard measures in incentive, promotion employee occupation ability and professional quality, enhance the loyalty and employee satisfaction of enterprise effective. The model has the important enlightenment to the cultivation of the enterprise led in-service talents: to maintain consistency of employee occupation career planning and corporate strategy development; pay attention to the different stages of the values of the employees to guide and encourage security; occupation development value to fully understand the job rotation and in-service education value.
