摘  要:高职院校的思政课教学存在教务化、文本化、学生知行脱节、实践表面化等问题。针对这些问题,实施面向职业岗位的高职思政课改革,主要包括课程内容和目标、思路与方法以及考核评价体系等方面内容的改革。通过职场现场的教学和体验使学生认知改变—态度转化—行为养成,最终达到品德升华。There still exists the phenomenon of knowing and practice in ideological and political teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges. The paper puts forward the objectives, ideas and methods, and evaluation systems for ideological and political curriculum reform of Vocational College for posts through analyzing the problems in higher vocational education. The experience and teaching in the scene of the workplace make the students change their cognitive, attitude, behavior and ultimately achieve moral sublimation, laying a good professional morality accomplishment and law quality for a high-quality, highly skilled professionals.
