摘 要:[目的]为彩色茧蚕丝蛋白应用于化妆品等产品开发提供依据。[方法]对几个不同颜色的彩色茧蚕品种进行茧层色素含量和抗氧化性能测定。[结果]绿色茧茧壳中类黄酮色素的含量最高,为0.521 mg/g,是白色茧的4.65倍;黄色茧茧壳次之,而白色茧和红色茧最低。黄色茧和红色茧类胡萝卜素含量均在0.5 mg/g以上,是白色茧和绿色茧的8倍以上。绿色茧茧层中抗氧化物活性最高,为217.5U/g;黄茧茧层中抗氧化物活性次之,而红茧和白茧较低。[结论]与白色蚕茧相比,绿色蚕茧含有较高的类黄酮,而黄色茧和红色茧有较高的类胡萝卜素,抗氧化能力也是天然彩色茧显著高于白色茧。[ Objective ] The research aimed to provide basis for the cosmetics development of colorful cocoon silk protein. [ Method ] The pigment contents and antioxidant property of shell of several natural colorful cocoon varieties were determined. [ Result] The content of flavonoid in green cocoons was the highest (0.521 mg/g), which was 4.65 times as that in white cocoons. The content of flavonoid in yellow cocoons was the second and that in white cocoons and red cocoons. The content of carotenoid in yellow cocoons and red cocoons were all more than 0.5 mg/g, which was 8 times higher than white cocoons. In addition, the antioxidant activity in green cocoons were the highest (217.5 U/g), followed by that in yellow cocoons. The antioxidant activity in white cocoons and red cocoons was lower. [ Conclusion ] Compared with white cocoons, green cocoons had higher content of flavonoid, and yellow cocoons and red cocoons had higher content of carotenoid. And the antioxidant activity in natural colorful cocoon was higher than that in white cocoons.
