摘　　要：实验室管理质量直接关系到高校产、学、研一体化的实现，关系到高素质人才培养目标的实现。从实验室教师、学生、物资财产的管理三方面分析高校实验室管理模式的现状，并对相应的发展目标和方向进行简要的探讨。The laboratory management is an import part of teaching management in higher education. Laboratory management quality is directly related to realization of the production ,learning and research integration and the goal of training talents. This paper analyzes the current college laboratory management mode from three aspects, that is experimental teachers, students,material property management and makes a brief discussion on development goals and direction.
