摘 要:目的了解河北省银行柜员职业倦怠的现状,预防和减少职业倦怠现象的发生。方法采用中文版MBI对河北省某市四大银行(中国银行、建设银行、交通银行和工商银行)30个网点298名银行柜员进行调查。结果 1单因素分析结果显示,不同性别的柜员在职业倦怠(P=0.000)、情绪耗竭(P=0.000)、玩世不恭(P=0.000)和成就感降低(P=0.000)上差异有统计学意义,不同学历的柜员在情绪耗竭维度上差异有统计学意义(P=0.042),不同工龄的柜员在情绪耗竭维度上差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。2Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别和工龄对情绪耗竭有显著的预测作用,总贡献率为10.1%;性别对玩世不恭有显著的预测作用,总贡献率为14.7%;性别和工龄对成就感低落有显著的预测作用,总贡献率为8.8%。结论河北省银行柜员职业倦怠的总体水平不是很严重,但也表现出了一定程度的职业倦怠倾向。Objective To investigate the bank tellers' job burnout in Hebei Province, so as to reduce its occurrence. Methods Totally, 298 bank tellers from different kinds of bank in Hebei Province selected by cluster sampling were surveyed with Chi- nese version of Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Results Univariate analysis showed that significant differences existed in job burnout(P = 0. 000), emotion exhaustion(P = 0. 000), cynicism(P = 0. 000) and decreased sense of achievement (P =0. 000) between different genders. Emotion exhaustion varied among bank tellers with different educational background (P = 0. 042)and with various working years( P = 0. 002). Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and working years were the significant influencing factors of emotion exhaustion and low sense of achievement, with overall contribution rates of 10.1% and 8.8% respectively, while gender was a significant predictor of cynicism, with an overall contribution rate of 14.7%. Conclusions The level of bank tellers' job burnout in Hebei Province is not high. But it shows a certain degree of job burnout tendency.
