摘　　要：文章以南通航运职业技术学院为例,构建了高职轮机工程技术专业基于"产教融合、校企合作"的"1234"人才培养体系,对轮机工程专业人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。Taking Nantong Vocational ＆ Technical Shipping College as an example, this article attempts to establish the 1234 talent cultivation system for marine engineering in vocational colleges based on“Combination of Industry and Teaching and School-enterprise Cooperation”, which is of certain reference significance in this field.
