摘　　要：本文通过明确高校以各级文件保密审查机构为档案信息保密审查主体,在保密审查的过程中遵循"先审查、后利用"、"一事一审"和"依法审查"原则,分析保密审查内容、策略和程序,规范保密审查制度,提出"高效节能"、"监察纠错问责"、"评议举报"、"争议解决"四种保密审查机制,构建起保密审查体系,确保高校档案信息服务健康有序开展。To construct the confidential review system to ensure the healthy and orderly development of university archives information service, the article standardize confidential review institution by clear that the organization of university archives information confi dential review should be established at all levels of file confidential review organization as the main body, in a confi dential review process should follow the ＂fi rst review, after the use＂, ＂review one by one＂ and ＂law review＂ principle, analyzing content and policie, and propose four confi dential review mechanism, ＂high efficiency and energy saving＂, ＂monitor,error correct and respond accountability＂, ＂appraise and report＂, ＂ dispute solve＂.
