摘　　要：青年教师是高职教育的主力军,也是思想复杂、变化快速的一个群体。通过对某高职院校教师的问卷调查和访谈,获得有效问卷140份。从工作压力、家庭经济、心理健康、身体健康以及教科研、社会认知等方面对调查结果进行分析,提出了抓好青年教师入职教育与职业发展规划建设、加强青年教师师德教育和青年教师党员干部的培养、加大青年教师教科研扶持力度、关注小部分特殊群体的思想动态等四点对策,旨在为高职院校出台加强青年教师培养的政策提供建议。Young teachers, a complex and changing group, are the main force of higher vocational education. By means of 140 questionnaires and interviews for a vocational college, an analysis was made of young teachers＇ working pressure, family economy,mental health, physical health, education and scientific research and social cognition, ect.. The paper puts forward four countermeasures including paying special attention to young teacher＇s vocational education and construction, strengthening the training of young teachers＇ code of morality including young party members and cadres, increasing support for young teachers in scientific research and paying attention to small group. The research aims to offer reference for the relevant policies of developing young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
