摘　　要：大学组织的文化性是大学组织发展的重要特性。大学组织文化性具有历史性与时代性、民族性和世界性、超俗性和世俗性、无形性和有形性统一的特性。大学组织文化主要表现为物质、精神、制度和行为文化四个方面。大学组织的文化功能受大学组织内、外部条件的制约,遵循继承传统和创新发展、科学精神和人文精神、整体和部分、形式与内容统一等原则合理建构大学组织文化,对促进大学组织的发展、合理发挥大学组织的功能具有非常重要的意义。The culture of a university is the important characteristic for its development,which shows the unity of the historical and contemporary spirit,national and international character,secular and unsecular tendency,tangible and intangible quality.It can be recognized in four aspects,as in the material,spirit,system and behavior.The cultural function of a university organization is restricted by its internal and external conditions.It is significant to foster the university culture in order to enhance its development and fulfill its function by following the principle of uniting both traditional inheritance and innovation,the scientific and humanistic spirit,whole and part,form and content together.
