摘  要:目的探索实训教学模式,提高学生技能水平,进而提高职业能力。方法在二年级学生中选拔导生,培训后带教一年级新生的技能操作自主训练,对比带教前与带教后的实训成绩,具有显著差异。结果经导生带教后学生技能操作水平提高。结论导生制有助于学生技能操作水平提高。ObjectiveThe exploration of the practice teaching mode, improve the students' skill level, and improve theoccupation ability. Methods In the second grade students in the selection of guide, with skills to operate independent training teaches the ifrst grade new training, compar ed with before and after teaching with teaching experiment,with signiifcant difference.ResultsThe belt to improve the students' skills of students after teaching guide.Conclusion Monitorial system helps to improve students skills.
