摘  要:目的:对颈椎侧扳法进行客观化描述,为手法操作规律性研究提供数据支持。方法:选临床工作20年以上的推拿医生对22名健康志愿者进行颈椎侧扳法操作,应用动态捕捉系统和测力台采集动力学和运动学数据。结果:颈椎侧扳法的侧扳定位角度约34.60°,侧扳极限角度约39.13°,侧扳瞬间角度差约4.51°,扳动时间约0.22 s,角速度约21.15°/s;在侧扳瞬间,施术者足底合力减少了约11.67 kg,受试者足底合力增加了约10.10 kg。结论:动力学和运动学参数为颈椎侧扳法的规范化操作提供了参考依据。Objective: To make the objective description of the cervical-lateral realignment manipulation,providing the data support for standard manipulation therapy. Method: One clinical doctor who worked for more than 20 years of massage applied cervical-lateral realignment manipulation in 22 healthy volunteers,dynamics and kinematics data was collected by Motion-Capture-System and Force Platform. Results: The positioning angle of cervical-lateral realignment manipulation positioning was about 34. 60°and the ultimate angle was about 39. 13°. The angular variation in instantaneous realignment was about 4. 51 rad / s and the instantaneous realignment moment was 0. 22 s. The angular velocity was about 21. 15 rad / s. In instantaneous realignment,the resultant force of performer reduced 11. 67 kg and the resultant force of subject increased 10. 10 kg. Conclusion: The dynamics and kinematics parameter provides the data support for standard manipulation of cervical-lateral realignment.
