摘　　要：随着智能手机的普及,微信作为目前用户群最大的互动交流手机软件,凭借其操作简单和多网并容等优势,深受90后大学生的喜爱。从微信教学应用的实施基础、实验设计、实验过程控制和实验结果分析等方面,分析微信网络平台在食品工艺学实验辅助教学中的作用。With the popularity of smartphones,Wechat has become a mobile phone interactive software with the largest user group so far and has been deeply loved by the students after the generation of 90 s because of its advantages of simple operation and multi-network integration. This article analyzes the effect of Wechat network platform in experiment assistant teaching of food technology from the implementation base of the Wechat teaching application,experimental design,experimental process control and analysis of experimental results,etc.
