摘  要:建立混合病案引导(mixed cases guided,MCG)模式流程,并运用于中医内科学神经内科疾病临床教学。实践表明,利用疾病特征建立MCG,借助多媒体教学手段及改进以问题为导向(problem based learning,PBL)教学模式,在教学中可激发学生学习的积极性,拓展知识面、提高临床思辨能力,充分显示MCG模式是"以学生为主体、以混合病案为引导、以培养临证诊治能力为中心"的教学模式。This paper aims to set up mixed cases guided (MCG) teaching model of teaching traditional Chinese internal medicine in neurological diseases. The technological process of the teaching models were set up by multimedia combined with problem based learning (PBL) could arouse the enthusiasm, expend the scope of knowledge, improve the ability of clinical practice for students to learn the neurological diseases according to the specificity of neurology. It demonstrates that the students is the main subjects, the mixed cases is the guiding and the clinical diagnostic ability is the teaching center, those are the three spirits of the MCG teaching model for integrative medicine neuroloav teaching.
