摘  要:目前风电齿轮箱面临着故障率高、振动噪声大、寿命短等问题,而齿轮修形已被国内外多年的实践经验证明是齿轮箱减振降噪、延长寿命的有效手段。随着对国外一些专业齿轮软件或风电机组分析软件的引进,在很大程度上提高了工作效率,也减少了实验验证而带来的额外成本。本研究在齿轮修形理论的基础上配合使用Romax Wind出色的载荷分布分析功能,在等效载荷下对齿轮箱进行静力学仿真分析,依据齿轮载荷分布、传动误差等参数,对高速级小齿轮的齿廓与齿向修形量、修形长度、修形曲线进行分析、确定。研究方法可为齿轮修形提供参考。At present,the gearboxes are faced with the problems of high failure rate,large vibration and noise,short service life,etc,and the gear modification is an effective means to reduce vibration and noise,extend life,which is proved by practical experience at home and abroad for many years.With the introduction of some professional gear software or wind turbine analysis software from abroad,the work efficiency is greatly improved,and the extra cost due to experimental verification is also reduced.With the using of RomaxWIND excellent load distribution analysis function and on the basis of the theory of gear modification,the statics simulation analysis of the gearbox is carried out through the RomaxWIND software under the equivalent loads.According to the load distribution on the tooth surface of gear,transmission errors and other parameters,the length,amount and curve of modification of the high-speed gear is determined in the end.The conclusions can provide reference for gear modification.
