摘　　要：用刚度系数极大的轴衬力元替代刚性约束,实现了过约束三对传力杆空间RCCR机构趋近刚度条件下的动力学仿真。通过针对不同结构参数和阻力矩的仿真实验,获得了各传力杆上约束力的变化规律,拟合出了约束分力Fz的余弦函数式,总结出了Fz幅值的估算式。Using bushings with great stiffness coefficient to replace the rigid constraints,the dynamics simulation of the over-constrained spatial RCCR mechanism with three pairs of force transmitting rods under conditions approaching rigidity is achieved.The simulation experiment targeting different structural parameters and resistance moment,the variation discipline of transmitted force is obtained,the cosine function type of constraint component Fz is fitted out,the estimation formula of Fz amplitude is summed.
