摘　　要：运用泰尔指数对大学生在江西不同规模、行业、地区、所有制类型的工业企业就业工资薪酬差异进行分析,运用工业企业工资收入泰尔指数二维分解表对影响工业企业大学生就业工资薪酬差异的因素进行分解,分析影响大学生就业工资薪酬的主要因素,为政府制定大学生就业政策、保持社会稳定提供参考。This paper uses the Theil Index to analyze the salary difference in industrial enterprises ranged in different scale,industry, region, ownership pattern of college student employment in Jiangxi, applies the Theil Index two dimensional chart of industrial enterprise salary to decompose the impacting factors on the salary difference, analyzes the main influencing factors, obtains the measure and decomposing analysis of the salary distribution and difference, and provides references for government to make out the college student policy, social stability, coordinated regional economy development.
