摘 要:以扁柏(柏树)树叶为原料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取柏树精油.设计单因素试验,考察了浸泡时间、蒸馏时间、蒸馏温度以及样品粒径对柏树精油提取得率的影响,并采用正交设计试验优化柏树精油提取工艺,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对所提产物进行化学成分分析.结果表明,正交试验的优选提取工艺为:浸提时间2h,蒸馏时间3h,加热温度175°C,粒径100目.在该条件下精油得率最高可达0.547%.柏树精油主要成分为5-蒈醇(29.55%)、榄香醇(20.01%)和大根香叶烯(10.86%)等.Cypress tree leaves were used as material to extract essential oils through steam distillation. Effects of soaking time, distilling time, heating temperature and size of cypress trees leaves on extraction yield were investigated through single factor tests. Then orthogonal design was used to optimize extraction conditions. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was used to analyze chemical component of essential oils from cypress trees. The results indicated that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: soaking time 2 h, distilling time 3 h, heating temperature 175℃ and the size 100 mesh. The highest yield of essential oils from cypress trees leaves could reach 0. 547% under these conditions. The major component of essential oils was 5-caraneol(29.55%), elemol(20.01%) and germacrene(10.86%), respectively.
