摘　　要：本文阐述了辅导员非权力影响力的构成要素和教育作用,分析制约辅导员非权力影响力的主要问题,提出提升辅导员非权力影响力的路径,包括加强理论修养,增强政治敏感力;强化内涵建设,提升人格影响力等方面。This paper expounds the key elements and functions of counselors＇ non-power influence, provides the paths to improve this influence by analyzing the main restrictive factors. These paths including strengthen the theory training and political sensitivity; Strengthen the connotation construction, promote personality influence; Cultivate moral character, etc.
