我国现行督学资格认证制度的问题与对策

摘  要:督学资格认证制度是教育督导制度的组成部分,对督学队伍专业化起着重要作用。我国现行督学资格认证制度尚处于起步中,存在着任职资格要求较低、标准模糊、岗位设置笼统、认证制度不健全、培训保障制度缺位等问题。完善督学资格任职制度可以从以下几方面着手:加强对督学素质的理论研究,完善督学任职资格标准;根据督导工作性质,对督学进行科学、合理地分类;探索构建中国特色的督学资格认证制度。The educational inspector accreditation certificate system is a part of the education inspector system.Moreover,it plays a significant role in specialization of the inspector team.Currently,the educational inspector accreditation certificate system is still at the beginning,therefore,it exists some problems such as low qualification,unclear standard,unspecific position setting,imperfect certification system,and lack of the training system.In order to improve the inspector accreditation certificate system,we can proceed from the following aspects:strengthening the theoretical research n the quality of the educational inspectors,improving accreditation certificate standard;classifying the educational inspectors scientifically and reasonably according to work of the supervision and exploring the construction of the educational inspector accreditation certificate with Chinese characteristics.
