摘  要:针对国内对于柴油机机体变形评价方法不完整的情况,提出对于圆孔变形采用同轴度、圆柱度、各截面圆度及漏光率作为评价指标,对于平面变形采用平面度作为评价指标,并进行了详细描述。利用有限元方法对单缸柴油机机体进行结构分析,采用新的变形评价方法对比不同方案下机体的刚度。分析结果表明:新的变形评价指标可以有效地评价柴油机机体的变形情况,改进设计后的铸铝合金机体与原铸铁机体相比,气缸套内孔圆柱度显著减小,气缸套各截面的圆度与漏光率下降,且其他圆孔和平面的变形都能满足要求;与直接改为铸铝合金的机体相比,刚度得到很大优化。In the view of incompleteness of diesel engine cylinder block deformation evaluation methods in China, proposals to take coaxality, cylindricity, roundness and light-seal degree of each section as evaluation index of cylinder bore and planeness as evaluation index of plane deformation were presented and explained in detail. Using FEM, structural analysis for single cylinder diesel engine cylinder block was conducted and the new deformation evaluation method was used to compare stiffness of cylinder block for different schemes. Results show that the new deformation evaluation indexes can assess engine block deformation effectively. Compared with original cast iron cylinder block, the designed newly cast aluminium alloy cylinder block have a series of improvements, cylindricity error of cylinder liner bore reduces significantly and roundness and light-seal degree of each section of cylinder liner decline. In addition, deformations of other holes and planes all can meet the requirements. Compared with the changed simply to cast aluminium alloy cylinder block, its stiffness get a great optimization.
