翻转课堂教学法在《发酵工程》教学中的应用探究

摘　　要：《发酵工程》是生物工程、生物技术专业的核心课程,其内容丰富,涉及面广、实践性强。针对课程的特点和目前教学中存在的问题,在课程教学中引入基于QQ平台的翻转课堂教学法,经实践后,提高了学生学习本门课程的积极性和自主学习能力,取得了良好的教学效果。Fermentation Engineering, which is one of the core courses for majors of biological engineering and biotechnology, covers a wide range of content and a strong practicality. According to the characteristics of Fermentation Engineering and the existing teaching problems, flipped classroom teaching methods, based on the QQ platform, were introduced in the curriculum. Through the practice, the learning enthusiasm and self-learning ability of students had improved, and it had achieved the desired teachinz results.
