摘　　要：湖北工业大学环境工程专业于2011年被纳入"卓越工程师计划"。《环境工程原理》是环境工程专业的重要主干课程之一。因此,需要思考如何构建新的课程体系、优化课程设置等使其符合卓越工程师人才培养要求。本文从课程内容、教学方法、实践性教学环节三个方面探索上述问题。The environmental engineering of Hubei University of Technology was included a plan for educating and training outstanding engineersin 2011. Principle of Environmental Engineeringis one of main courses of the environmental engineering. Therefore, how to construct the new curriculum system and optimize the curriculum to make it meeting the requirement of outstanding engineer was needed to think. The above issues through the course content, teaching method and practical teaching were explored.
