摘　　要：航空工业属于知识和技术密集型产业,高素质的高技能人才队伍对于航空工业的生产水平影响巨大。通过对航空装备高技能人才的需求状况的调查和分析,选用多元线性回归分析预测模型、基于灰色理论的航空装备高技能人才需求预测模型和最优加权需求模型,对航空装备高技能人才需求量进行预测,根据预测结果,制定高职层面的培养对策,调整专业结构,设计高技能人才高职培养方案。Aviation industry belongs to intensive knowledge and intensive technology industry, and high-quality and highly skilled talents are great important for the production. Through the investigation and analysis of demand for highly skilled personnel of aviation equipment, it uses multiple linear regression analysis prediction model, aviation equipment talent demand forecast model based on gray theory and optimal weighted demand model to forecast the talent demand of aviation equipment.According to the results, it sets training countermeasures of higher vocational level, adjusts the specialty structure and designs training scheme.
