摘 要:科学有效的办学机制是培养高质量技术型物流人才的基础。构建可行的教学管理体系和完备的实践教学资源有利于培养学生专业技术能力、灵活拓展能力和综合素质能力。按照系统性思维,从专业设置的针对性、培养目标的实用性、教学资源的实践性、教学机制的激励性四个方面阐述了高职院校物流管理专业办学特色及运行机制,并进行了可借鉴性探讨。Scientific and effective mechanism of school runn ing is the basis to cultivate high-quality technical talents of logistics. Building a practical teaching management system and perfecting the practice teaching resources are conducive to cultivating students' professional technical ability, the flexible development ability and comprehensive quality. According to the systematic thinking, it illustrates the school running characteristics and operating mechanism of higher vocational logistics management major from the focus of major offering, practicability of cultivating goals, practicality of teaching resources, and incentive of teaching mechanism four aspects.
