高职制药专业实训教学考核方法研究

摘　　要：从分析高职院校在实训教学中所存在的问题作为切入点,通过整合教学资源、优化社会及企业资源等新思路,构建了实践教学考核体系。该体系充分体现了以能力为基础,以岗位技能培训为标准的原则,能够培养学生的实践能力,使学生能与准职业人结合相融,同时也促进了高职院校专业建设和课程建设的改革。With the analysis of the problems in the practice teaching in higher vocational colleges as a breakthrough point,through such new ideas as the integration of teaching resources, optimization of social and enterprise resources; it builds the evaluation system of practice teaching. The system fully reflects the principle with ability as the basis, post skills training as the standard, this can train students＇ practical ability, make students combine with prospective professionals, and also promote the reform of the specialty construction and course construction in higher vocational colleges.
