从职后发展角度反观涉外护理专业英语课程设置

摘　　要：通过访谈涉外护理专业毕业生,分析他们对在校时学习英语课程的态度,了解职后护理工作岗位对英语的现实需求,从职后发展角度反观涉外护理专业英语课程设置的科学性、合理性,并提出以需求为导向,提出重新设计涉外护理专业英语课程的对策。Through interviews with foreign nursing graduates, analysis their attitudes towards English courses during the period of school, understand the real needs for English in nrusing industry, conduct a research on English curriculum of foreign nursing spcciality form the perspective of occupation development, to check whether the English curriculum is scientific and reasonable, and put forward the necessity of reconstructing the English curriculum of foreign nursing speciality in the way of needs oriented.
