任脉穴名比类取象

摘　　要：该文以任脉部分穴名为研究对象,从传统文化入手,运用文献学研究整理方法,分析探讨了命名的理据和医学意义。该文认为任脉24个穴名中有14个是根据腧穴所在部位或部位形态、特征、功用、气血流注状况等,取天体星辰之象,取建筑物之象,取地理形貌或区域之象,取动物、器物之象等来命名的。充分体现了中国古代"天人合一""象天法地"哲学范畴下的比类取象思维方式,体现了古代医家将传统文化与中医特点相结合来命名腧穴的方法和规律。This paper takes part of the names of Ren channel acupoints as the object of study and starting from the traditional Chinese culture,analyzes and discusses the theoretical basis and medical significance of the nomenclature using the methods for study and arrangement of literature. According to this paper,fourteen of the twenty-four names of Ren channel acupoints are named by taking the images of celestial body and stars,buildings,geological forms or areas,animals or objects in light of the location of acupoints or its morphology,characteristics,function,or qi and blood flow,which fully embodies the thinking mode of classification according to manifestation under the category of philosophy of unity of heaven and man and modeling heaven and earth in ancient China and reveals the method and law of naming of acupoints by integrating the traditional culture with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine by ancient physicians.
