摘　　要：对于任何一个国家与民族以及社会而言,大学与大学教师职业存在的终极价值是为社会培育出有知识品位与公民人格的大学生。有知识品位与公民人格的人离不开大学教育的培育,通过培育出这样的人最终创造更加美好的世界;大学与大学教师职业的职责就是通过自己对知识与文化独立自主的特定运转,使那些致力于发展自己知识品位与公民人格的人接受大学教育;大学教师作为推动大学终极价值实现的根本主体,扮演着学生知识品味与公民人格建构者的角色,并在角色扮演中需要有其特定的建构者人格。For any country, nation or society, the＂ ultimate value of university and university teachers is to nurture qualified students for the society with both profound knowledge and lofty citizenship to create a better world. Through the specific independent operations of their own knowledge and culture, the duties of university and university teachers are to attract those who are committed to the development of their own knowledge and citizen personality to accept the university education. As the fundamental subjects to realize the ultimate value of university, teachers play the roles of constructors in promoting the students＂ knowledge and citizen personality with particular characteristics of their own.
