变革型领导行为对基层管理者安全绩效的影响

摘　　要：通过对煤矿、建筑、地质等高风险行业从事与安全密切相关工作的基层管理者进行问卷调查,利用结构方程模型检验了变革型领导行为、安全氛围与基层管理者安全绩效的影响关系以及安全氛围在变革型领导行为与安全绩效作用间的中介效应。结果表明:变革型领导行为对基层管理者安全氛围和安全绩效有正向影响作用;安全氛围对基层管理者的安全绩效有正向影响作用;变革型领导行为通过安全氛围完全中介影响基层管理者的安全绩效。最后,根据数据结果分析了对基层管理者安全管理的现实指导意义,并讨论了研究的不足和对未来的展望。Through the questionnaire for employees working in coal mining, construction, geological and other high-risk industries,the paper tests the relationships of transformational leadership with safety climate, safety performance and the intermediary effect of safety climate in the action of transformational leadership and safety performance. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive influence on safety climate and safety performance of first-line managers. The safety climate has positive effect on safety performance of first-line managers. Transformational leadership affects the safety performance of the first-line managers through safety climate complete mediation. Finally, according to the results of data, the paper analyzes its practical significance of safety management with first-line managers, and the shortage of research and outlook are discussed.
