摘　　要：选取新鲜离体磨牙制备牙本质小管暴露模型36个,随机分为3组,每组12个,清洁牙面后分别按说明涂擦3MP90粘接系统、Gluma脱敏剂及蒸馏水(空白对照)。扫描电镜观察3MP90粘接系统堵孔率100%,Gluma脱敏剂堵孔率76.48%(P<0.05)。Dentin blocks were prepared from 36 freshly extracted teeth and randomly divided into 3 groups （n = 12）. The block surfaces were cleaned and then treated with 3 MP90 bonding system, Gluma desensitizer and distilled water respectively. Scanning electron microsco- py observation showed that the dentin tubule sealing rate of 3 MP90 bonding system, Gluma desensitizer and distilled water was 100%, 76.48% and 0（P 〈0.05） respectively.
