基于“政企学”合作的导游培训工作对策研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,对导游人员的综合素质要求越来越高。在分析江苏省导游培训工作现状的基础上提出相适应的对策研究,遵循"政企学"合作的培训理念,走出一条以"政"为方向,"企"为基础,"学"为纽带的培训道路,并对导游人才培养途径进行深入探讨,最终培养出优秀的导游人才。With the rapid development of tourism it has become increasingly demanding on the overall quality of tour guides. Based on the analysis of present situation of guide training in Jiangsu Province,this paper proposes corresponding strategy,following the training concept of government-enterprise-school cooperation,to embark on a training road taking the governance as the direction,enterprise as the basis,and school as a link,makes an in-depth exploration into cultivation of guide training approach and ultimately cultivate outstanding guide talents.
