家庭因素对四川凉山彝族地区高中生心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的了解四川凉山彝族地区高中生心理健康的家庭影响因素,为当地高中生心理辅导提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样方法,运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自编的家庭因素调查表对会东县830名在校高中生进行调查。结果会东县高中生有明显心理问题的检出率为19.8%,影响其心理健康的家庭因素主要有:父母文化程度、工作情况、对子女的期望、脾气、婚姻状况、家中孩子数目(P<0.05)。结论该县高中生心理状况较差,应针对影响高中生的心理健康状况的家庭因素,展开因地制宜的心理健康教育。Objective To understand the influence of family factors on mental health of senior high school students of Yi population in Sichuan Liangshan area,and to provide basis for local psychological counseling.Methods 830 senior high school students in Huidong county were recruited by using random cluster sampling and were investigated with Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）and self-designed questionnaire.Results The detection rate of significant psychological problem was 19.8% in senior high school students in Huidong county.The main influencing factors consisted of educational level of parents, occupational condition of parents,expectation for offspring,temper,marital status,number of siblings （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Mental health of senior high school students of Yi population was poor in Huidong county in Sichuan Liangshan area.The targeted psychological intervention should be carried out in accordance with the main influencing factors.
