佛山地区8985例HPV感染亚型分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析8 985例患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染亚型情况,了解本地区HPV感染特点以及年龄构成分布。方法应用PCR-反向斑点杂交法对8 985例患者进行HPV亚型检测(低危型:HPV6、11、42、43、44、81和高危型:HPV16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、53、56、58、59、66、68、73、83、MM4),并对年龄组进行分析。结果 8 985例样本中,检查HPV阳性者2 261例,阳性率25.16%;共检测出23种HPV亚型,感染高危型占72.61%,低危型占27.39%;二型或二型以上混合感染占30.08%。23种HPV亚型中,HPV52亚型阳性率最高(6.05%),其次为HPV16(3.86%)。各年龄段中以<20岁年龄段阳性率最高(59.64%),不同年龄段的HPV阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=215.01,P<0.01)。女性标本中以<20岁年龄段阳性率最高(61.25%),各年龄段女性样本阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=218.14,P<0.01)。结论佛山地区人乳头瘤病毒感染年龄分布具有异质性,应大力加强年轻女性群体HPV感染的宣传和筛查力度。Objective To detect and genotype the human papillomavirus（HPV） infection in 8 985 cases for the epidemiological analysis in Foshan. Methods Reverse dot blot hybridization（RDB） was used to detect the genotype of HPV（to low-risk types ： HPV6, 11, 42, 43,44 and 81, to high-risk types ： HPV16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58,59, 66, 68, 73, 83 and MM4）. Infection situation of different age groups were also analyzed. Results In 8 985 samples, 2 261 cases were infected with HPV, with the positive rate of 25.16%. 72.61% positive cases belonged to high-risk type HPV infection; 27.39% positive cases belonged to low-risk type. Multi-HPV-genotype infection was observed in 680 samples, with the ratio of 30.08% in HPV positive cases. The most common HPV genotypes were HPV-52（6.05%）and HPV-16（3.86%）. The highest positive rates were 20 years old（59.64%）; there was a significant difference in the positive rate among the various age groups（χ^2=215.01,P 〈0.01）.The highest positive rates of women were 20 years old（61.25%）, there was a significant difference in the positive rate of women among the various age groups（χ^2=218.14,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The infection of HPV in Foshan region has heterogeneity. We shouldenhance the publicity and the screening of HPV for young women.
