摘　　要：目的调查分析病案在医学研究生临床论文发表中的利用情况。方法采用统计描述中构成比的方法,对2009年-2013年医学研究生发表在SCI、中华核心期刊、中文医学核心期刊、统计源期刊、省级期刊上的论文进行统计,分析论文中病案的利用情况。结果 5年中利用病案撰写的临床论文共62篇,临床论文和其它论文与发表论文总数之比分别为29.52%和70.48%,对于研究生来说,比例还是偏低了点。结论提高病案利用率是医学研究生论文数量和质量稳定提高的前提条件,也是学校和医院管理者必须重视和研究的重要问题。Objective To analyze the utilization situation of the medical records used in the writing of clinical papers from the medical postgraduate students during 2009 and 2013. Methods The papers were published in SCI,the China Core Journals, Chinese Medical Core Journals, Chinese Scientific and Technical Papers and Citations,and et al. They were accounted using the method of proportion in the statistical description, and analyzed the utilization situation of the medical records in clinical articles. Results The clinical articles utilized the information of medical records were 62 and accounted for 29.52%, while took 70.48% in the others. The percent was a little lower for the medical postgraduate students. Conclusions The increasing utilization ratio of medical records is a prerequisite in the stable improvement of the number and quality of papers from the medical postgraduate students,and also it is a problem which should be a attached great importance and researched by the managers of the university and hospital.
