普外科留学生的临床实习管理

摘　　要：近年来普外科接受的实习留学生日益增多。针对留学生语言交流障碍、文化差异、素质参差不齐和操作机会不足的特点,探索了普外科留学生临床实习的教学经验,制定了一系列措施,包括根据我国本科生的普外科实习计划,制定合理的教学内容;重视留学生技能训练,严格无菌术和基本技能操作练习;中英文专业书籍阅读,提高留学生的检索阅读文献、归纳总结、发现和解决问题的能力;提高语言沟通能力,形成良好的学习氛围,提高学习积极性等措施,有效保证了教学质量。通过留学生普外科出科时的问卷调查反馈,发现存在的问题和不足,有利于更好改进教学方法。The number of overseas internship students in department of general surgery is increasing in recent years. In view of language communication barriers, cultural differences, uneventful quality, and lack of operation opportunity of overseas students, we explored the clinical practice teaching experience and developed a series of measures, including designing reasonable teaching contents according to the internship program of China, paying attention to the asepsis and basic skills training, reading both Chinese and English professional journals to improve writing and reading ability, and improving the ability of language communication and learning initiative, effectively guaranteed the teaching quality. Furthermore, the problem and insufficiency were obtained from the questionnaire investigation to improve our teaching methods.
