摘 要:研究杜仲叶萃取物对精炼菜籽油抗氧化的影响,采用乙醇-超声波提取法提取杜仲叶粗提物,分别用氯仿、正丁醇进行萃取,收集各萃取相。分离得到萃取物添加到精炼菜籽油中,在25℃下测定不同萃取物对油脂过氧化值和酸价的影响。结果表明,0.04%正丁醇萃取物有很好抗氧化作用,其抗氧化效果与VE、BHA相当,并且和VE组合有明显协同作用。正丁醇萃取物对精炼菜籽油的抗氧化效果最好,可作为天然抗氧化剂。To study antioxidant effects of Du -zhong (Eucommia ulmoides Oliver) leaves extraction on refined rapeseed oil. Methods: Using ethanol- ultrasonic extraction method, Du -zhong leaves were extracted, the extractions were isolated by chloroform, n -butanol alcohol, respectively. The isolated extractions were added in refined rapeseed oil, measured effects of extractions on the peroxide value (POV) and acid value (AV) at temperature of 25 ℃ . The nbutyl alcohol extraction has best antioxidant effect on refined rapeseed oil. 0.04% n -butyl alcohol extract had good antioxidant effect, the antioxidant effects is equal to VE and BHA, and had obvious synergy and VE combination. Conclusion : These results showed that n - butyl alcohol extract of Du - zhong leaves has very good antioxidant effect, and can be used as natural antioxidants.
