摘　　要：从规范科技统计的角度 ,提出科技统计是科研管理工作的重要组成部分。科技统计相关指标数据的分析 ,是政策上宏观调控的依据。On the view of standardizing S&T statistics,it points out that S&T statistics is an important part of management work of scientific research. The analysis on correlated data from S&T statistics,provides the base of macro control from policy. It sums up key points of well doing S&T statistics.
