摘　　要：本文针对高校知识产权保护工作的现状和存在的问题进行了分析，提出了建立高校知识产权保护体系，将知识产权保护工作贯穿高校科研管理全过程的若干思考。： This article analyses the situation and existing problems of intellective property right protection in the universities． The authors put forward some thoughts on how to establish the system of intellective property right protection in the universities and on how to penetrate the intellective property right protection through the entire course of scientific research management in the universities．
