摘  要:农村教育的发展需要高素质的教师队伍,而教师培训是提高农村教师能力的重要途径。但在实际工作中,农村教师的培训良莠不齐,一些农村边远地区的教师被边缘化,甚至得不到培训机会。本文通过对农村教师培训现状和需求的调查分析,提出了相关的对策建议。The development of rural education needs high qualified teachers,and teacher training is an important way to improve the rural teachers' abilities. But in fact,the rural teacher trainings are uneven,some good and some bad.Some teachers in remote rural area are neglected,or even have no training opportunities. This paper investigates and analyzes the status and requirements of rural teachers training,thus puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
