摘  要:随着医学模式的转变,医疗技术和医德素质的全面培养得到了高校教育的普遍认同,德才兼备的医学人才培养成为医学教育的共同目标。本研究以医德伦理教育为出发点,针对医务工作者的医学伦理关键问题进行课程设计,运用PBL教学法培养学生发现问题和解决问题的能力,深入分析促进学生医学伦理素质内化和实践应用能力的教学方法,为医学伦理学教学提供新的思路。With the transformation of medical model, medical technology and medical ethics quality comprehensive training received college education universal, having both ability and political integrity of medical personnel training to become the common goal of medical education. This study in medical ethics education as the starting point, in view of the medical staff medical ethics, the key problems in curriculum design, use of PBL teaching method to cultivate the ability of students to find and solve problems, the analysis to promote students' medical ethics quality internalization and practical application ability of teaching method, which provides new thinking for medical ethics teaching.
