高职高专医学影像技术专业就业质量反馈与教学管理改革探析

摘　　要：自2004年原南阳卫生学校升格为南阳医学高等专科学校以来,已为社会输送医学影像技术专业毕业生近500名,通过对河南省内217家用人单位的调查,发现该专业毕业生就业方向比较稳定,医德医风、临床技能等方面令人满意,但在知识结构、科研能力上有所欠缺,需要我们进一步优化课程设置,创新管理模式,完善毕业生知识储备,提升学生研究能力,以进一步提高毕业生就业竞争力。Since 2004, the former Nanyang health school upgraded to Nanyang medical college, My department has transport medical imaging technology for the society nearly 500 graduates, through the survey of 217 unit of choose and employ persons in Henan province,found that the graduates employment direction is stable, and clinical skills of medical ethics is satisfactory, but lacking in knowledge structure, scientific research capability, we need to further optimize the curriculum, the innovation management mode, perfect the gradu-ates knowledge reserve, enhance students research ability, to further enhance the competitiveness of graduate employment.
