摘  要:根据有色溶液的色度值与其浓度成正比的原理,利用自主设计的图像采集传感器,采集溴酸钾(KBrO3)和过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)与显色液显色后的图像,采用LabVIEW设计图像处理软件,建立了基于计算机色度学小麦粉中KBrO3和BPO的快速筛查方法。探索并优化了显色体系的显色条件和软件的操作功能。结果表明:选取KBrO3-KI-淀粉显色体系和BPO-KI-淀粉显色体系的情况下,显色体系的亮度I值与KBrO3和BPO质量浓度在0~4mg/L时呈线性关系,并得到了测定的标准色度I值曲线。将标准色度I值曲线参数输入数据分析系统,通过采集显色后溶液的图像,软件可快速得出KBrO3和BPO的实际添加量。该法用于实际样品分析,KBrO3的回收率为97.37%~101.17%,相对标准偏差为1.14%~2.06%;BPO的回收率为96.53%~102.23%,相对标准偏差为1.59%~2.12%。According to the principle of chromaticity value of the colored solution was proportional to its concentration,using the independent design of image acquisition sensor,the color images of potassium bromate(KBrO3)and benzoyl peroxide(BPO)reaction with color liquid were collected.Thus,the rapid determination method of BPO and KBrO3 in wheat flour based on computer colorimetry was founded by LabVIEW design software.And the chromogenic condition and operation function of the software in the chromogenic system were explored and optimized.The results showed:under the condition of KBrO3-KI-starch and BPO-KI-starch chromogenic system,I value of the color system as well as KBrO3 and BPO within the scope of 0~4mg/L were a linear relationship,moreover,the standard chroma I value curve was obtained.Inputing the data into parameter data analysis system and collecting the color images of the solution,the actual adding amount of KBrO3 and BPO could be quickly obtained.The method was applied for the actual samples analysis,the recovery of KBrO3 was 97.37% ~101.17%,RSD was 1.14%~2.06%;the recovery of BPO was 96.53%~102.23%,RSD was 1.59%~2.12%.
