摘　　要：电动机综合实训室是电气自动化专业培养学生专业技能的重要场所,该实训室的建设成果直接关系到人才培养质量。文章以安徽电气工程职业技术学院的电动机综合实训室建设和管理为例,详细地介绍了实训室的建设思路、功能划分、设备选购和教学管理等方面的内容。The comprehensive training lab of motor is an important place to cultivate students＇ skills of electrical automation major,its success or failure concerns the quality of personnel training directly.Taking the construction and management of comprehensive training lab of motor of Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College as an example,the paper describes in detail the construction idea,function partition,equipment selection,teaching management and other aspects.
