摘　　要：孔子及其《论语》思想的核心范畴是"仁",主要命题是"仁者爱人",精神实质是"爱"。爱有孝悌之爱,忠恕之爱,惠民之爱。忠恕之道,尤其是恕道是人与人相处的"絜矩之道",是超越时空,跨越国度,富有永恒魅力,具有当代价值的文化精神。有心,有情,给予,尊重,宽容,此十字是爱的本质内涵。阅读《论语》,品味仁道,倡导爱人,是欲实现净化心性,变化气质,愉悦精神,快乐人生,安顿生命之目的。Confucius has ＂Ren＂（benevolence） as the core category of his thought and his work Analects of Confucius,the idea of ＂the benevolent loves others＂ as proposition, love as the essence of spirit. Love should be showed in the filial piety and fraternal love,loyalty and forgiveness ,as well as benefaction to people. The loyahy and forgiveness, especially forgiveness, is usually regarded as the interpersonal rule, characterized by cultural spirit of contemporary value, and enriched in the eternal charm, which is borderless, spaceless and timeless. The essential connotation of love can be represented by the following words,that is to say, mind, emotion, giving, respect and tolerance. The reading of Ana!ects of Confucius, understanding the way of benevolence and advocacy of the love of people can help us realize the goal of purification of mind and consciousness, forming character from studies, spiritual pleasure,happy life and peaceful life.
