摘　　要：针对食品新产品开发实践课程的教学内容,教学模式和教学方式的改革做了初步探讨,旨在培养学生的研究性学习能力,探索一条符合工程能力培养、综合素质形成的逻辑教学组织形式和教学方式,提高学生的社会实践创新能力。A series of reformation methods on teaching contents,teaching patterns and teaching methods of practical course of new food product development was discussed. The objectives of these reforms are training the students＇ research study,exploring a logic teaching way to train students＇ engineering application and to form students＇ high comprehensive quality,and improving the students＇ practical abilities to innovate.
