区域性教师学习的平台建设探析

摘　　要：在区域层面建设研修一体化平台以间接指导教师学习正在成为一种趋势。研训一体化具有主题明确、资源整合、研训互通等特点。其促进教师学习的方式包括:搭建区域活动平台,促进自主合作式学习;搭建校本研修平台,引导问题解决式学习;搭建项目服务平台,实施课题驱动式学习等。建设区域性教师学习平台,需要激发教师自主学习热情,促进教师的终身学习;充分利用各种优质资源,创造良好的学习条件。It is a trend to indirectly guide teachers＇ learning through providing them with some research-and-training platforms. These platforms are characteristic of clear subjects, integral resources, and the combination of research and training. The approaches of promoting teachers＇ learning include enhancing teachers＇ self-regulated and collaborative learning through organizing activity, guiding teachers＇ problem solving through building school-based research platform, and driving teachers＇ learning with subjects. In order to build the platforms, we should motivate teacher to do life-long learning, and create good learning environment through making full use of various resources.
